4VU PRIVACY SCREEN FOR 15.6 WIDESCREEN LAPTOPS (16:10) CLEAR 15.6

The 4Vu™ Privacy Screen protects your information using tiny vertical blinds on the surface of the privacy screen, which narrow the viewing angle so data is only visible directly in front of the monitor up to 30° away from the center of the screen.

Onlookers will only see a dark, unclear screen when attempting to view the information from a side angle when held in landscape orientation. In addition to providing security, the screen also helps block the glare from lights and windows. The 4Vu Privacy Screen can be easily attached by using the included attachments.

Easy Installation Options

Quickly and easily attach the screen directly to your display using our convenient installation options.

- Long adhesive strips: Stick on to the LCD screen for a firm, fixed hold.

- Universal flexi-hinges: Attach to the top of the privacy screen and over the top of the laptop to create a seamless on/off experience with a simple flip. Use the included adhesive lift tab, to easily flip from privacy mode to public mode without fingerprints. Two versions are provided: 1 for bezel screens and 1 for infinity screens.

Tabs and long adhesives can be used up 50 times and can be cleaned with water or tape to remove any dust before reuse; flexi-hinges can flip over 1000 times.

30 Degree Viewing Angle

Perfect for busy offices or public environments, the 4Vu Privacy Screen keeps your data safe from prying eyes. Your content is visible only to the person directly in front of the screen and up to 30 degrees on either side when held horizontally. You have full clarity and visibility, while onlookers or passersby see only a black screen.

Antimicrobial Properties

Ideal for touch screen applications, the privacy screen features Targus DefenseGuard™ Antimicrobial* Protection, which creates a cleaner touchpoint surface and works continuously to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Unlike topically applied sprays, DefenseGuard privacy screens are treated with an antimicrobial additive that does not wear off and lasts for the life of the product.

Antimicrobial protection is limited to the privacy screen itself.

Reduced Glare, Even in Bright Rooms

For an added benefit, our 4Vu™ Privacy Screens come with a dual finish - with one side being glossy for a clearer view, while the opposite side offers a matte finish to help reduce glare. Our anti-reflective coating reduces glare and improves light transmittance under most viewing conditions. The result is brightness that's up to 12.4% higher than competitive privacy screens for comfortable, clear views.
