8-Slot Battery Cabinet Gives Your 9PXM UPS System Extended Runtime

This external enclosure connects to a compatible Eaton 9PXM UPS system to provide long-lasting battery backup for colocation and edge data centers, as well as industrial/commercial applications, including retail, financial, government and education. In addition to battery backup and extended runtime, the 9PXM08SEBM can also connect in parallel configuration with up to two more cabinets for even longer extended-run operation.

Houses up to 16 Battery Cartridges

The 9PXM08SEBM accommodates up to 16 9PXMBAT battery cartridges (two per slot, sold separately). The valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) internal battery cartridges are hot-swappable, allowing you to install them without powering down any connected equipment.

Versatile Installation Options

You can install the 9PXM08SEBM in 14U of space in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the optional rackmount kit (9PXMRK2, sold separately). Leveling feet and a caster tray are included for secure floor installation.

TAA-Compliant for GSA Schedule Purchases

The 9PXM08SEBM is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.
