Ideal replacements for lost, broken or otherwise damaged covers, these white plastic covers fit all Tripp Lite hospital-grade power strips with mounted duplex locking covers, including PS-415-HGULTRA, PS-615-HGOEM and other compatible NEMA 5-15R-HG and NEMA 5-20R-HG healthcare power strips. The covers are original OEM replacement parts, which retain their agency rating.
