Traditional headsets can be difficult for hearing aid users to use, the JPL-HAC-2 headset features an inductive coupler, allowing it to be used with all standard hearing aids, much in the same way as an induction loop.

With two earpieces, the binaural JPL-HAC-2 helps hearing aid users concentrate and focus while taking calls, improving the user experience for both the user and the people they are speaking with.

All Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets require an additional JPL bottom lead to enable connection to a desk phone.

A QD connection cable allows you to move away from your desk during a call without removing the headset, it also lets you put a call on hold, by simply disconnecting the headset from the QD during a call. It's an ideal solution for intensive telephone users such as in customer care centres and technical support services.
