Rails designed for round, non-threaded holes commonly experience failure when threaded into threaded or square hole racks. The screw will tighten against the rack but not necessarily secure the rail itself.
With the Round to Square Hole Rail Adapter, you will be able to lock the round hole rails into proper alignment even when using square holes. This is compatible with all Dell Versa Rails and any other rack mounting equipment that uses a round, unthreaded attachment mechanism.
